2、 Equipment Technical Parameters

2. Drying area of the host: 120 square meters;

3. Floor area (length x width): 9x8=approximately 72 square meters;

4. Design pressure of shaft and jacket: 0.8MPa;

3、 Technical process requirements for equipment

3.1 The motor power is selected according to the system, and it is required to ensure the long-term safe, normal, and stable operation of the system equipment.

3.2 Before major repairs, the average time between failures of the dryer shall not be less than 7500h.

3.3 In addition to considering the maximum working pressure of the heating medium, the strength design of the jacket and slurry shaft should also take into account the combined effect of the mixing material load and the corrosion and wear of the slurry shaft caused by the material.

3.4 Polish the surface of the material in contact with the material.

The materials of the main components of the 3.5 dryer should have corresponding material inspection certificates and quality certificates.

The hollow shaft of 3.6 slurry shaft is made of steel pipe as the raw material, and the material should comply with the provisions of GB8163 or GB/T14976.
