High testing efficiency
It can simultaneously analyze up to four samples and use unique Vtech control technology to achieve a BET specific surface area testing efficiency of up to 20 minutes per sample, meeting the usage requirements of customers with high testing volume demands in production, scientific research, and other fields.
Low temperature cold bath system
Users can choose a low-temperature cold bath system, and Sync software has compatible settings for low-temperature cold baths, making it convenient for users to test adsorption isotherms at different temperatures.
Real time monitoring of P0
Configure an independent P0 sensor to achieve real-time monitoring of p0 during the testing process, eliminating the influence of environmental temperature and atmospheric pressure on experimental results.
Visual display of operating status
The front panel of the instrument is equipped with a status display system, which displays the working principle diagram of the instrument. LED lights are added to each valve position to indicate the on/off status of the solenoid valve, allowing for intuitive judgment of the instrument's operation during the experiment.
Can be integrated and remotely accessed
The instrument communication interface is a LAN port, which can realize centralized control of one computer as the upper computer, and can remotely access and control the upper computer.
Independent vacuum degassing system
Equipped with a fully independent vacuum degassing system, it can simultaneously perform vacuum heating and degassing pretreatment on 4 samples. At the same time as sample degassing, the TB instrument host can perform adsorption testing on additional samples with high testing efficiency.
Security protection mechanism
To ensure the safety of users' use,
(1) Develop independent safety protection software that can remotely monitor the operation status of instruments. When the instrument encounters danger such as abnormal pressure, it will automatically control the instrument, relieve the abnormal conditions that cause danger, and protect the safety of the instrument and operators.
(2) Add a protective cover for the Dewar flask to prevent the risk of splashing low-temperature liquids such as liquid nitrogen during instrument operation.
Multi way intake
Users can choose multiple intake options, making it convenient for them to freely switch between various adsorbed gases.
Workstation options: Users can choose 4, 8, or 12 workstations to improve testing efficiency.
