Structural principle of JMX series precision metering pump
The structure of pump 1: The pump is composed of three parts: motor, transmission box, and cylinder body.
The transmission box components consist of a bow shaped connecting rod cam mechanism, a stroke adjustment mechanism, and a speed ratio worm gear mechanism; By rotating the adjustment handwheel to achieve high adjustment stroke, the expansion and contraction distance of the membrane can be changed from the surface to achieve the purpose of changing the flow rate.
The three cylinder components consist of a pump head, a suction valve group, a discharge valve group, and various diaphragm bases.
4 Working principle: The motor drives the worm through the coupling and reduces the speed of the worm wheel to rotate the main shaft and eccentric shaft. The eccentric wheel drives the tappet to make reciprocating motion in the guide cylinder. Along with the diaphragm, a vacuum gradually forms inside the pump chamber through the action of a one-way valve. At this point, the suction valve closes, the discharge valve opens, and liquid is sucked in; When the liquid film moves towards the dead center, the suction valve closes and the liquid is discharged under the push of the film. By adjusting the reciprocating stroke of the pump, a continuous pressure and quantitative discharge of liquid is formed.
5 Flow regulation characteristics: The flow regulation of the pump relies on rotating the adjustment handwheel to drive the adjustment screw to rotate, thereby changing the spacing between the tappets and changing the movement stroke of the diaphragm in the pump chamber to determine the flow rate.
