Introduction:
This mixer is manufactured according to the unified drawings of China National Building Materials Institute Cement Institute and complies with the standard equipment for international strength testing methods (ISO679-1989 (E)) implemented in China. It can also replace GB3350.1-82 as a mixer for GB177-85 cement mortar test method. And it can be used as a grout and mortar mixer for cement testing according to American standards, European standards, and Japanese standards. This machine is one of the essential and indispensable equipment for cement testing laboratories in cement plants, construction units, relevant professional colleges, and research institutions.
Unpacking and test drive:
After arrival, please open the box immediately and check whether the technical documents and spare parts are complete according to the items specified in the packing list. Remove the machine and check for any loose connections, and carefully read the instruction manual. Then, strictly check the voltage of the three-phase four wire power supply, and connect the power supply for testing. After connecting the power, lift the gearbox to detach it from the main shaft. Then start the time controller panel button, and the mixing pot should rotate counterclockwise (as indicated by the arrow *). If the direction is opposite, any two wires of the three-phase power cord can be swapped and connected. Press the red button and the machine should be able to stop rotating.
According to the provisions of GB177-85, the time controller has been strictly set to work for 180 seconds. After actual operation for 180 ± 5 seconds, the machine automatically stops.
Adjustment:
The following items have been adjusted and qualified before the mixer leaves the factory. Only when the technical parameters are confirmed to be unqualified after trial testing or when the technical parameters change after prolonged use of the machine, will the user make adjustments.
Adjustment of the mixing blade rotation center to the non perpendicular end face of the mixing pot
In order to ensure uniform work intervals, the non perpendicularity of the rotation center of the mixing blade (27) to the end face of the mixing pot seat should be strictly limited to within 0.1mm. When it exceeds the tolerance, the two M6 screws on the lower block of the positioning plate (20) can be loosened, and then the two M5 screws in the lower block can be rotated until they are adjusted properly, and then the two M6 screws can be tightened again. When measuring verticality, a high-precision square ruler can be used in conjunction with a thickness gauge
Adjustment of the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot:
GB177-85 stipulates that the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot is 1.5 mm, which can be measured using a thickness gauge or a special plug. When exceeding the tolerance, adjustments should be made. When adjusting the bottom clearance, the nut on the mixing shaft can be loosened, and then the mixing blade can be rotated up or down until the clearance is qualified, and then the nut (25) can be tightened. Long term use of the mixing blade may cause lateral clearance to exceed the tolerance due to wear. At this time, only a shim of appropriate thickness (green shell paper or thin copper sheet can be used) needs to be placed in the joint surface between the support (17) and the column to achieve the purpose of adjustment, but the total thickness of the shim should not exceed 1mm. If it exceeds the limit, a new blade should be replaced.
Electrical control principle:
This machine uses a three-phase AC 380V power supply
Maintenance and upkeep:
The workplace should be kept clean. After each test, residual adhesive sand inside and outside the mixing blade and mixing pot should be thoroughly removed. Loose or splashed adhesive sand and dirt on the machine should be cleaned. The exposed processing surface of the machine should be wiped clean, coated with anti rust paint, and covered with a protective cover to prevent dust from entering.
There is no external oil filling hole, and the gears and worm gears are lubricated with butter. The upper and lower gears should be lubricated once a season, and the gearbox cover (24) and gear cover (2) can be opened separately when refueling. The sliding surface at the joint between the gearbox and the bracket (17) should be lubricated with oil regularly. The worm gear box (5) and bearings are filled with sufficient grease when they leave the factory, but the machine should be thoroughly cleaned and all lubricants replaced every year after use.
Regular attention should be paid to the operation of the machine, and there should be no severe noise, let alone metal collision noise. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be immediately stopped for inspection and troubleshooting before use. If there is a sound of metal collision, you can first check the gap between the mixing pot and the mixing blades.
The gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot should be checked regularly. (See "Six" for adjustments)
When updating the mixing pot or mixing blade, the working clearance should be re measured and adjusted to meet the standards before use.
Electrical insulation should be regularly checked, with insulation resistance not exceeding 10 Ω at temperatures of 20 ± 5 ℃, relative humidity of 50-70%, and cold sensitivity
If the machine cannot operate when the programmable controller is pressed, check the power supply voltage, power plug socket, connection plug socket, etc. are all normal, it is an internal fault of the controller, and professional personnel should be consulted for repair or returned for repair.
Operation of automatic functions:
Turn the function switch on the column to the "automatic" position, press the start switch on the controller, and the entire operation program will be automatically controlled by the control box.
Automatically stop after the entire process is completed. If you need to stop halfway during operation, you can press the stop button and then restart to resume work.
After pressing the start button, the display screen will start showing time, slow speed, acceleration, stop, and fast speed, and the running indicator light will flash synchronously.
During automatic control, all manual function switches must be turned to the stop position.
Operation of manual function:
Turn the function switch on the column to the "manual" position.
Step by step press the required function buttons according to the control program requirements, and the time is controlled by the operator using a stopwatch.
Operating procedures:
Connect the power supply and wipe the mixing pot and blades clean with a damp cloth before mixing.
Pour the weighed cement and standard sand into the mixing pot.
Start the machine, mix for 5 seconds, then slowly add water and finish within 20-30 seconds.
Start the machine and stir for 180 ± 5 seconds before stopping.
Scrape off the adhesive sand stuck to the blades and remove the mixing pot.
After the operation is completed, the mixing blades and mixing pot should be cleaned in a timely manner.
Operation usage:
Insert the power plug of this machine into the power socket and turn on the power. The red indicator light is on to indicate that the power is connected. Then insert the controller plug into the local controller socket. The digital tube of the controller displays 0. Fill 1350g of standard sand into the sand tank, 225g of water and 450g of cement into the mixing pot. Insert the mixing pot into the positioning hole of the support, turn the pot clockwise until it is locked, and then turn the handle to move the mixing pot upward to the mixing working position.
Structure:
The output shaft of the electric motor (9) is inserted into the hole of the worm shaft (8) and connected with a flat key. Starting the motor can rotate the worm wheel (7) and the mixing pot seat (4) installed on the worm wheel shaft (6). The mixing pot (29) is seated on the mixing pot seat and is pressed firmly on the pot seat by three springs (30) to rotate counterclockwise. The large gear (3) drives the small gear (10) installed at the lower end of the main shaft (11), and through the column cover (21) on the upper end of the main shaft, the transmission shaft (23) and the gear (22) fixed on it are driven by the transmission pin. The gears on the middle gear and the mixing shaft (26) make the mixing blade (27) locked with the mixing shaft by the nut (25) rotate clockwise, achieving the purpose of opposite rotation of the mixing pot and mixing blades. This machine is equipped with a time relay (see Figure 2 for the schematic diagram). The button on the program controller panel is activated, and the mixing pot and mixing blades will rotate. After mixing for 180 seconds, it will automatically stop. The gearbox (24) located at a high position of the machine can be lifted by rotating the handle (28) upwards through the hinge (18) at the back of the mixer. After being lifted to a certain height (about 40 °), it is automatically supported by the support plate (19) to prevent it from falling, thus making room for easy access to the mixing pot. When lowering the mixing blade, the gearbox can be raised slightly and then lowered. The support plate will automatically detach and the blade can be lowered. In order to ensure that the gearbox is properly placed and in the ideal position, a split type positioning plate (20) with cylindrical surface positioning is provided on the rear plane of the column (16). The upper block is fixed to the gearbox as a whole, and the lower block is fixed to the column but adjustable.
Installation:
No special foundation or foundation screws are needed, just place the equipment steadily on a cement platform. The surface of the cement platform must be flat and basically horizontal. A 5-8mm thick rubber plate should be placed between the platform and the machine. The platform size is recommended to be 700 × 500 × 550mm (length × width × height). This machine does not have a lifting device. When installing and lifting, cotton yarn rope should be directly wrapped around the box (1), and cork should be placed at the contact between the rope and the box to avoid damaging the surface paint film and affecting the appearance. The equipment should be reliably grounded.
