When measuring steam flow, two condensers located at the same height must be installed between the throttling element and the differential pressure transmitter to condense the steam into liquid and transmit the measurement signal to the differential pressure transmitter.

Working principle

Steam is prone to becoming liquid, but two condensers with sufficient volume and equal height should be installed at the outlet of the positive and negative pressure tapping holes of the throttling element, so that the steam becomes liquid after passing through the condenser, and the measurement signal is transmitted to the differential pressure transmitter by the liquid.
