JDB-2 series motor protector
Brief introduction
JDB-2 motor protector is a new product developed by our factory based on the international trend of low-voltage electrical development, following the JDB-1 series motor protector. It has protection functions for overload, overcurrent, locked rotor, phase failure, current imbalance, phase sequence, overvoltage, and undervoltage. The protector adopts current detection technology, with a simple structure, reliable action, convenient use, and low price. It is currently the only electronic motor protector in China that can truly replace thermal relays. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, coal, light industry, and textile.

2. Working power supply voltage: AC380V three-phase, applicable frequency: 45~65Hz.

4. Protection functions: overload, locked rotor, overcurrent, three-phase current imbalance, phase failure, phase sequence, overvoltage and undervoltage.

5. Overcurrent action characteristics: trip according to inverse time limit.

6. Unbalance protection: When the imbalance degree is ≥ 50% ± 10, the action time is 2 seconds; the three-phase current imbalance degree=[(* high current value - * low current value)/* high current value] × 100%.

7. Phase failure action time: 2s. 8. Phase sequence protection action time: 0.1s. 9. Overvoltage and undervoltage protection: 380V-20% ≤ U ≤ 380V+10%.
