  • 1、 Product Introduction

    The fully automatic ultraviolet oil analyzer consists of fully automatic operation software, ultraviolet spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system. The entire process is automated, without the need for operators to come into contact with n-hexane, including automatic sampling, automatic extraction, automatic water and impurity removal, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic drainage, and data storage.
    The instrument uses extraction solvent n-hexane at a certain extraction ratio and adopts drum type three-dimensional stirring technology to extract oil from the water. The extraction solution is then separated from water and impurities by an oil-water separation device and introduced into a colorimetric dish. Magnesium silicate removes animal and vegetable oil, and finally analyzed and measured by a UV spectroscopy system. After the measurement is completed, the instrument automatically discharges waste and cleans the pipeline.
