1、 Overview:
The YAB series liquid ammonia pump is the latest product developed by our company based on the analysis and research of similar foreign products. It is mainly used to transport volatile liquids with similar properties such as liquid ammonia, ammonia water, methanol, dimethylammonium, epichlorohydrin, crude benzene, epoxyethane, chloromethane, isobutene, butadiene, etc. It is widely used in gas, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and other fields. The sealing ring and sliding plate of the pump are made of special foreign formulas, with high wear resistance, toughness and strength. The material of the pump shell is high-density wear-resistant alloy cast iron, which has high smoothness after processing, ensuring that the ammonia liquid does not leak. The characteristics of the pump are good sealing, high pressure and stability.

3、 Working principle: This pump is a positive displacement vane pump, which operates by centrifugal sliding of the blades. The flow rate is related to the shaft speed. The inner surface of the stator is made of a domestically unique composite curve, and the stator, rotor, baffle, and blades form ten sealed chambers. Due to the composite curve of the stator surface, when the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, and negative pressure is formed to generate suction, thereby sucking in ammonia liquid. After the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume gradually decreases, thereby squeezing out the ammonia liquid. There is an oil seal block between the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber to separate them. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to tightly fit with the inner curvature of the stator, allowing the pump to operate normally at rated conditions. |
