Vici MTL series vertical optical axis tester, non-contact measurement, can measure the following parameters: length, distance, groove or step width, maximum/minimum/average diameter, outer diameter, groove diameter, chamfer, taper, roundness, concentricity, coaxiality, etc. It can also measure the pitch, pitch diameter value and taper thread parameters of cylindrical threads. Suitable for rapid measurement of various rotating parts, shafts, and connectors, measuring dozens of parameters in just over twenty seconds.
Main features:
Matrix light source, CCD camera captures over one million points per second on a surface basis through a point matrix. The instrument improves the measurement quality of details such as chamfers, small grooves, and transition surfaces while ensuring measurement speed
Non contact measurement, does not wear the workpiece
