1、 Purpose:
The CFM-500E/CFM-500Z series inverted fluorescence microscope consists of an inverted microscope and an epifluorescence device. Equipped with long working distance flat field achromatic objective lens, large field eyepiece, and binocular observation. The inverted fluorescence microscope is also equipped with a long working distance focusing lens, a phase contrast device, and a long working distance flat field phase contrast objective lens, which has the characteristic of microscopic observation in culture bottles or dishes. Inverted fluorescence microscope can observe transparent living organisms without staining; The falling fluorescence device is suitable for fluorescence microscopy.
