Intelligent steam flowmeterThe quantity control system is a new metering product that integrates various mature technologies such as flow measurement, pressure measurement, temperature measurement, and high-temperature pipeline fluid control. It is carefully designed and produced for steam heating users, with stable and accurate measurement and reliable intelligent control. The system has multiple characteristics such as power failure data protection, support for power-off measurement and power-off judgment, convenient networking, multiple anti-theft protections, support for large-diameter measurement, convenient installation and annual inspection, and economic rationality.
Functional Features
1. Sensors, sealing components, structural materials, control parts, etc. with superior high-temperature performance and steam contact can withstand the impact of high temperature. In different situations, they can ensure that the sealing part has no leakage and the measurement control works normally at a high temperature of 425 ℃, reaching the international advanced level.
2. Supporting large caliber measurement, it can support DN25~300 caliber steam measurement and control. This caliber range cannot be achieved by an integrated measurement system. If users have other special requirements, they can also consult and negotiate.
3. The first measurement part uses high-performance vortex flow sensors, combined with pressure transmitters for pressure compensation and Pt100 temperature transmitters for temperature compensation, which can accurately measure the volume flow rate, mass flow rate, heat flow rate, etc. of superheated steam and saturated steam. 4. The system has already considered the issues of inner diameter of pipelines and sealing gaskets, and users do not need to replace internal components.
