Product Features：The UQD intelligent floating ball liquid level transmitter mainly consists of two parts: a measurement sensing mechanism and an intelligent transmitter. The measuring sensing element is a spherical floating ball. The transmitter adopts a torque balancing mechanism composed of a balance rod, a balance hammer, and a floating ball, so the floating ball can freely rise and fall with the change of liquid level. According to different structural characteristics, it can be divided into two types: UQD-1 small angle type and UQD-2 large angle type.When the liquid level changes, the position of the floating ball changes accordingly, driving the main shaft to rotate. The main shaft is connected to the output shaft of the angular displacement sensor of the meter head (transmitter).
