Instructions
·For the convenience of on-site operation and use, it is recommended to choose a selection with on-site display function;
·Capillary sealing fluid: ordinary silicone oil (-30~250 ℃), high-temperature silicone oil (10~315 ℃), vegetable oil (-20~150 ℃). For the selection of sealing fluid, please consult the sales engineer of Foside;
·The standard membrane material is 316L stainless steel. For customized membrane materials, please consult our sales staff and specify when selecting;
·When selecting tantalum as the membrane material, the process temperature limit is -10 to 200 ℃;
·The conventional overload capacity is twice the range, and the detailed overload pressure depends on the range ordered. Please consult our sales personnel for specific data. To ensure the measurement accuracy of the transmitter, please do not use it beyond the range;
·The damping time can be input as an analog output response to step input changes within the range of 0.0 to 60 seconds, as a time constant. This software damping does not include the response time of the sensor module.
·The differential pressure transmitter body should be installed at least 600mm below the high pressure side (HP), but the calculated value of 600mm will vary depending on the ambient temperature, operating temperature, sealing liquid, and diaphragm material. When the transmitter cannot be installed 600mm below the high pressure side (HP), please contact the Foside sales engineer;
