Product Introduction
MiniLab 53-Intelligent Steel Plant Oil Monitoring System
1、 Product Features
MiniLab53Intelligent Steel Plant Oil Monitoring SystemIt is an on-site oil monitoring system used for industrial equipment maintenance,Oil analysis can help users detect early signs of equipment wear and determine the source of corrosion. On site oil analysis eliminates the drawbacks of spending time sending samples and enables users to make timely decisions.
Through three simple tests, comprehensive on-site oil analysis can be conducted and action oriented test results can be provided, which can save time and reduce costs. This system:
- By using only one system, analysis can be conducted on industrial sites, achieving the same results as laboratory analysis;
- The operation process is simple and does not require professional personnel;
- Based on the "Three Vector Analysis Method" and the "AMS Oilview Equipment Management System", the analysis results are simple and easy to understand.
2、 Three Vectors - Simple Representation of Lubricating Oil and Equipment Health Status
Three vectors are a simple representation of the integrity of the lubrication system and the health status of the equipment. Three vectors can indicate each vector (equipment wear, lubricating oil aging, and lubricating oil contamination). In order to better grasp the state of each vector, it is necessary to detect the key wear, physical, and chemical parameters of the oil.
The "three vector" analysis method can answer the following questions:

3、 Oilview LIMS Equipment Management Database System
The Minilab 53 system is operated using the AMS OilView LIMS module. The software has built-in expandable device management database and oil sample database.
It can automatically generate standard report templates, design report templates, and automatically notify detection results and alarms via email.
Automatically generate color detection reports, annotate abnormal data in color (red and yellow), and make the detection results clear at a glance.
4、 Target application industry
MiniLab53 is widely used in the following industries:
- power plant
- Pulp and Paper Manufacturing
- industrial manufacturing
- metallurgy
5、 Typical equipment alarm line
The following table shows typical detection parameters and alarm values for several common devices. The equipment manufacturer will provide alarm values for specific parameters.
6、 Accessories&Consumables
Sample Preparation - Only 2 Simple Steps Required
1. Shake the sample evenly with a homogenizer to better measure the water content.
2. Use an ultrasonic cleaning machine to remove the steam drum and obtain effective particle counting results.
To ensure the accuracy and stability of the experimental results, please use the original factory standard consumables from Spaco Technologies.
