After adsorption, the adsorption tank switches to the desorption state, ensuring that two of the adsorption tanks are in the adsorption state and the other adsorption tank is in the desorption regeneration state. This cycle repeats itself.
The desorption system is mainly a steam system connected to the adsorption tank. After adsorption, the adsorption tank desorbs the organic matter concentrated on the granular activated carbon layer through steam heating after depressurization. At the same time, the mixed gas containing water vapor and organic vapor is blown out by steam blowing and sent to the recovery system. After desorption is completed, the temperature and humidity of the adsorbent are high, which is not conducive to the adsorption process that will be carried out next. Therefore, a drying fan is used to send fresh cold air into the adsorption tank for blowing, achieving the purpose of cooling and drying the activated carbon.
The recycling system is a system composed of a condenser, separation device, etc. After desorption, the mixed gas containing water vapor and heavy aromatic hydrocarbon vapor is condensed into a mixed liquid and flows into a specially designed separation device. The separated organic solvent is sent to the customer's storage tank through overflow for recycling. The stratified water is discharged into the chemical sewage pipeline. The valves of the adsorption system and desorption system are both pneumatic valves, centrally controlled by PLC. The entire electronic control device is divided into manual and automatic groups, and equipped with an automatic alarm system.
