The design of the FA series dew point probe takes into account all the elements required for equipment installation and operation, making it simple and practical. After calibration, the probe can be immediately integrated into your air or gas management and control system.
It has two functions: self calibration and manual calibration, ensuring long-term stability. When the dew point drifts, simply blow the probe with gas below -60 ℃ Td, and the probe will self calibrate and automatically track the original factory data. Alternatively, manual deviation correction can be performed on the instrument on a regular basis.

1. Turn on the power first, and the dew point meter will perform self calibration. After the self calibration is completed, it will enter the measurement state.
2. At the same time as calibrating the dew point meter, connect the testing pipeline that comes with the instrument to the switch connector of the switch to be measured, and then connect the switch connector to the measured switch.
3. Close the flow control valve and connect the test pipeline to the inlet of the instrument. At this point, the pressure displayed on the screen is the pressure of the gas in the tested switch.
4. Start measuring, open the flow control valve, adjust the flow rate to around 0.5 liters per minute, and do not exceed 0.8 liters per minute. This will enter the measurement state, and the measurement time is about 8 minutes (* * devices).
5. At the end of the measurement, if you want to print the data, simply press the print button and enter the device number being measured. After pressing the confirm button, the dew point meter will start printing. *After closing the flow control valve, remove the test pipeline from the dew point meter inlet and disconnect the switch connector.
6. Turn off the power. Place the test pipeline and switch connector properly, and the entire measurement is complete.
