The IL series centrifuge is a vertical centrifugal discharge and continuous operation filtration centrifuge. Capable of continuous feeding, separation, and automatic unloading at full speed. It has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, large production capacity, simple and compact structure, smooth operation, and convenient operation and maintenance. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid phases (crystalline, amorphous, or short fibrous) with particle sizes greater than 0.1mm and concentrations ranging from 30-80%. Suitable for light industry, chemical industry and other industries, such as sugar, ammonia, saltpeter and other product processing.

Material: The drum and rotating body can be made of ordinary stainless steel, special stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy, etc. In addition to the above-mentioned materials, the inner and outer casings and chassis can be lined with stainless steel, rubber, plastic, fiberglass, etc. for their material contact parts.
Motor type: Ordinary or explosion-proof single speed motors can be used.
The selection range for the gap width of the filter screen is 0.12-0.35mm.
L can be designed and manufactured according to GMP standards.
