1、 Product Introduction
ICinac belongs to Cinac's fourth generation dairy fermentation monitoring device, Cinac is a dairy fermentation monitoring system developed in collaboration with the French Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the 1990s to meet the requirements of large French dairy companies. At present, iCinac is the only product system that can monitor the acidification behavior of dairy products. It can simultaneously observe changes in pH, temperature, and redox potential of one or more samples. The purpose of monitoring is to:
(1) Test and determine the acidification behavior characteristics of the studied inoculum;
(2) Evaluate and predict the impact of inoculants on the fermentation process;
(3) Check the influence of parameters such as medium and temperature on acid formation;
(4) Determine the optimal inoculum and its compensation characteristics (mixing lactic acid strains, adding ingredients...).
2、 Main features
(1) Up to 96 data points can be observed simultaneously, with high flexibility: 16 or 32 channel hosts can be selected, each channel can be used to monitor temperature T, acidity pH, redox potential, and the software automatically identifies them intelligently;
(2) New generation digital sensors: The multifunctional composite electrode combined with Mettler Toledo's ISM technology can simultaneously collect T, pH, and potential values. The electrode is equipped with an intelligent chip, and the calibration status of the electrode is automatically monitored;
(3) Up to 32 output channels: The 32 output channels include digital signal output and two types of analog signal output, which can be used to monitor connected devices such as water bath, alarm, stirring, titration, etc;
(4) Integrated touch screen host with strong software interoperability: it can display real-time measurement dynamics of various channels and electrode calibration status, easy to learn and use;
(5) Simulation of the process: By setting temperature cycles, operators can replicate or simulate changes in process conditions (temperature changes), compare them using charts, and evaluate the potential impact of various factors on lactic acid bacteria;
(6) Special windowing software: iCINAC software will provide you with all real-time information and automatically implement temperature compensation; Track the status of the set points (temperature, pH, time, etc.); Control the water bath condition (through output model); Calculate all feature points; Real time storage of data; Draw various types of curves; Tracking the calibration function of pH probes.
(7) Custom feature points: In addition to three types of curves (fermentation process, speed, pH, and temperature), iCinac software can store real-time information about feature points, such as pH at the fourth hour, pH at the sixth hour, time to obtain pH 5, maximum speed, time required to reach 50% of maximum speed, and various descriptors.
