1. The CV-300E resident identity card fingerprint collector is a multifunctional reading collector developed by Shenzhen Huashi Electronic Reading and Writing Equipment Co., Ltd. for the convenience of relevant departments in reading resident identity card information, collecting fingerprint information of the holder, and conducting 1:1 comparison and verification.
2. This device can read personal information on the ID card through random software, and can restore the digital compressed photo on the ID card to a visible photo through a decoding program. It can also achieve a 1:1 comparison between the holder's fingerprint and the fingerprint information on the card through a fingerprint feature point comparison algorithm.
3. This device is designed and developed strictly in accordance with the ISO/IEC 14443 Type B international standard, and complies with GA 450-2003 "General Technical Requirements for Desktop Resident Identity Card Readers" and 1GA450-2003 "General Technical Requirements for Desktop Resident Identity Card Readers" Amendment 1 (Draft). The device adopts wireless transmission method to read the text, photos, and fingerprint feature point information in the second-generation resident ID card.
4. The device complies with GA/T 1011-2012 "General Technical Requirements for Resident Identity Card Fingerprint Collectors" and can collect the fingerprint information of the holder through the collection window, and perform 1:1 comparison and verification through software.
