4. Automatic sprinkler systems are installed on the roofs of the factory workshops, and on the top floor of each workshop, automatic sprinkler systems are installed to spray water several times at each sunny time point.

5. The roof of the factory workshop can be covered with a thermal insulation layer of about 10 centimeters, which can have a certain cooling effect.

Some iron roofs are equipped with natural wind bulbs and natural ventilators, which utilize the pressure difference and pressure between indoor and outdoor air to achieve natural ventilation and continuously provide fresh air indoors. Installing central air conditioning can be said to be better than the above three types, and the cooling effect is also good. But it is indeed a considerable expense. Many companies are currently installing central air conditioning in their die-casting workshops. Of course, the premise is that your factory has enough money to afford the extraordinary energy consumption, high investment, and high usage fees.

7. Many customers have the mentality of not spending a lot of money and wanting to improve the problem of high temperature and stuffiness in the workshop. Therefore, the most popular option is to install a water cooled air conditioner (commonly known as an environmentally friendly air conditioner or water air conditioner). This is more effective than using a fan, simpler than adding ice, and does not require buying ice specifically. The investment cost is not expensive, but it is more practical than the above two methods.
