The ventilation principle of the exhaust equipment in the frying workshop:
Evaporative air conditioners are suitable for open and semi open environments, and can directly deliver natural air and cool air after cooling. Design points for exhaust and smoke supply ducts in frying workshops:
1. The overall design of the air duct requires both economy and low air resistance and noise, while maximizing the air supply volume.
2. The design specifications of the air supply duct should ensure that the wind speed of the main air duct is less than 12m/s, the wind speed of the branch air duct is less than 8m/s, and the wind speed of the end air duct is less than 6m/s;
3. The ventilation cross-sectional area of the elbow and the first section of the air supply duct connected to the whole machine cannot be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the air outlet of the whole machine (0.45m2), that is, the cross-sectional size of the first section of the air supply duct is 900X500; And 3 to 4 air vents should be opened.
4. The designed air ducts should be as straight as possible, avoiding unnecessary bends and branch pipes to reduce local resistance in the pipeline;
5. Long pipelines are designed into multiple sections of different specifications of air ducts according to the air volume, using variable diameter connections. The design of variable diameter pipes should not be too many, generally not exceeding four sections in total.
6. If there is a branch duct in the design, a guide plate must be installed on the branch duct to adjust the air volume, so that the branch duct air volume reaches the design value.
7. Installation position of air outlet: The air outlet is installed in the actual place where cooling is needed. The specifications of the air outlet can be determined according to the air volume and air velocity. The form of the air outlet can be adopted in various forms according to the actual situation, and used in combination to achieve the best effect. Generally, the number of air outlets is controlled at 15-20. If an aluminum alloy air outlet is used, a guide plate must be installed, otherwise the air inside the duct cannot be guided out, affecting the air supply effect. By adjusting the opening angle of the guide plate, the air output of the air outlet can be adjusted. The larger the opening angle, the greater the air output of the air outlet.
