How much is a second-hand fully automatic centrifugeThe fully automatic centrifuge is widely used in fields such as biochemistry, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. It is a filtering centrifuge with automatic scraper bottom discharge intermittent operation. The fully automatic centrifuge has good separation and washing effects under the action of centrifugal force, strong adaptability to materials, and is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles ≥ 0.01mm.
1. Instructions for using a fully automatic centrifuge
(1) Before use, first check whether all mechanical components are intact.
(2) Place the washing material of the level gauge evenly in the inner drum.
(3) Start the electric motor to gradually increase the speed of the inner rotating cage. According to the type of fabric, it usually takes 5-10 minutes to dry.
(4) Press the 'stop' button to power off the motor. After natural deceleration for a period of time, the dehydrator operates the brake lever to perform intermittent braking operations, achieving the inner cage to stop rotating.
(5) After the machine comes to a complete stop, the fabric can be removed.
2. Precautions for using a fully automatic centrifuge
(1) Fabrics with different levels of water absorption should be dehydrated separately.
(2) Newly installed dehydrators or newly connected wires must ensure that the motor rotates in the correct direction.
(3) When the fabric is severely unevenly placed and causes strong vibration, the power switch should be immediately turned off, the fabric should be placed evenly again, and then dehydrated.
(4) Do not overload the amount of fabric placed. Especially when taking off non clothing items, special attention should be paid.
(5) During mechanical operation, do not insert your hands into the inner rotating cage area of the dehydrator.
