5. Small amounts of samples commonly used for DNA and RNA separation can be prepared in disposable centrifuge tubes. An adapter made of polytetrafluoroethylene material can be used to accommodate 5 or 10 disposable sample tubes for cell lysis. In the multi sample tissue grinder, cell tissue is rapidly and effectively fragmented in a very short period of time, thus eliminating the need for additional low-temperature refrigeration.
