1、 Overview
GGSD71 high temperature and high pressure dynamic water loss tester is a testing instrument that simulates the filtration loss of drilling fluid or cement slurry under deep well (high temperature and high pressure) conditions. It is suitable for:
(1) The working temperature isWithin 232 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the mud cup is less than 7.1MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5MPa, the filtration area is 22.6cm2, and the static water loss and formed mud are obtained after 30 minutes
Cake thickness(Expressed in milliliters and millimeters respectively).
(2) The working temperature isWithin 150 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the mud cup is less than 7.1MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5MPa, the filtration area is 22.6cm2, and the dynamic water loss and mud cake thickness formed after 30 minutes are expressed in milliliters and millimeters, respectively.
(3) Optional dual filter screen, capable of measuring cement slurry.
2、 Main technical parameters of the instrument

(3) Gas source: Nitrogen or carbon dioxide free from impurities such as oil and water. The use of oxygen is strictly prohibited.
(4) The working temperature for static water loss test is ≤ 232 ℃. Dynamic dehydration test temperature ≤ 150 ℃.
(5) The temperature change of the heater after constant temperature is ≤± 3 ℃, and the drilling fluid cup is ≤ 2 ℃.
(6) Filtration area: 22.6 cm2.
(7) Safe working pressure of mud cup: 7.1MPa
(8) Safe working pressure of backpressure receiver: 3.5MPa
(9) Mud cup capacity: 500 milliliters (ml).
