High speed railway train control system
The train operation control system is one of the core technologies of China's high-speed railway. Hollysys has mastered the core technology of the train operation control system with completely independent intellectual property rights through the introduction, digestion, absorption and independent research and development. It has developed and designed CTCS-2, CTCS-3, and auto drive system. The relevant products have passed the highest safety level certification (SIL4) issued by European authorities.
The CTCS-2 level train operation control system of Hollysys is based on track circuits and point type responders to transmit train control information, and uses target distance mode to monitor the safe operation of trains. It is suitable for the operation needs of lines with speeds of 200-250 kilometers per hour, and also meets the operation needs of CTCS-3 level backup mode for lines with speeds of 300 kilometers per hour and above.
The CTCS-3 level train operation control system of Hollysys is based on wireless block center (RBC) and GSM-R to achieve bidirectional transmission of train ground control information, and adopts a target distance continuous speed control mode to monitor the safe operation of trains. It is suitable for the operation needs of lines with speeds of 300-350 kilometers per hour.
Under the unified organization and leadership of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., Hollysys has applied fully automatic driving ATO technology to high-speed railway and urban rail transit train control systems with speeds ranging from 250 kilometers per hour to 350 kilometers per hour. Based on the high-speed railway and subway train control systems, ATO units are installed on board to achieve automatic driving, improve transportation efficiency, reduce driver labor intensity, and ensure the personal safety of passengers getting on and off the train.
