This production line mainly uses LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) as the main raw material, and produces self-adhesive single-sided or double-sided two-layer or three-layer co extruded stretch wrap film through extrusion. The co extruded wrap film produced has higher tensile strength, puncture resistance, and impact resistance than single-layer wrap film, while also having good shrinkage memory and self adhesiveness.
Equipment features:
1. Specially designed screws and static mixers ensure good plasticization, uniform color, and high extrusion capacity.
2. The material of the mold head is imported mold steel, which has undergone precision machining and heat treatment to ensure that the mold head does not deform during long-term use and the discharge is more uniform.
3. The cooling steel roller adopts a bidirectional circuit design inside, with a built-in spiral flow channel to ensure uniform temperature on the roller surface.
4. The entire line adopts PLC control, automatic roll changing, concealed automatic cutting knife, safe and convenient operation, ensuring the quality of winding.
