Definition of Emulsification Tank: Emulsification tank is a device that utilizes the centrifugal force generated by a high-speed and powerful rotating rotor to radially throw materials into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal compression, impact and other forces to disperse, mix and emulsify the materials. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, low noise, and smooth operation. Its biggest feature is that it does not grind the medium in the production process, and integrates high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing, and crushing.
The function of emulsion tank:
The emulsification tank can stage and emulsify materials at high speed, allowing multiple materials to mix evenly and obtain a uniform liquid. At the same time, the emulsification tank also has heating, cooling, insulation, and stirring functions. The tank body is designed with process pipe openings such as material inlet, outlet, and pure water outlet, which can provide full conditions for the emulsification process.
Scope of application:
1. Food and beverages: dairy products, ice cream, chocolate, soy milk, fruit juice, jam; 2. Chemical industry: lubricating oil, grease, heavy oil emulsion, diesel oil emulsion, disinfectant, insecticide, photosensitive latex, rubber slurry, resin slurry, thickener, essence, silicon material, carbon black, magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, anti adhesive, release agent, defoamer, sealant, etc; 3. Cosmetics industry: detergent, conditioner, shampoo, skin lotion, perfume; 4. Pharmaceutical industry: injections, pharmaceutical lotion, pharmaceutical creams, health products, pharmaceutical slurry preparations; 5. Paper industry: pulp, adhesive, injection agent, resin emulsion.
Main parameters and configurations:
1) Nominal capacity: 50L-20000L and other general specifications and non-standard design and production. 2) Structural form: Vertical, using conical, elliptical, and disc-shaped heads, also suitable for closed heating, mixing, reaction, enzymatic hydrolysis and other process operations. 3) Jacket form: hollow (thermal oil or water), semi-circular coil, honeycomb jacket (made according to the demand), with high heating or cooling efficiency. 4) Thermal insulation material: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool, polyurethane foam, which has good thermal insulation effect. 5) Exterior surface cylinder: Adopting mirror polishing or 2B primary color matte or 2B frosted matte treatment, the appearance is beautiful and neat. 6) Mixing device: center (off center) mixing at the top of the tank, side mixing; Blender forms: frame type, anchor type, propulsion type, blade type, scraping blade type, etc 7) Mixing speed: 2850r/min, (constant speed) or equipped with infinitely variable speed machine speed regulation and frequency converter speed regulation. The power of the mixing motor, mixing speed, and mixing slurry form depend on the properties of the material. 8) Type of liquid level gauge: glass tube liquid level gauge, static pressure sensing liquid level gauge, etc. (optional). 9) Foot form: adjustable triangular pyramid form or circular tube form. 10) Equipment accessory configuration: quick opening sanitary manhole, sight glass, thermometer (LCD digital display or dial pointer), respirator, CIP cleaner, liquid inlet and outlet, circulation port, cold and hot medium inlet and outlet, etc. The pipe mouth can be selected according to the process (can be increased or decreased). 11) Equipment material: Inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket is made of SUS304 or Q235-B; The exterior cylinder is made of SUS304.
Characteristics of emulsion tank:
1) The emulsification tank body adopts a hygienic and sterile design; 2) Capable of online CIP cleaning and online SIP sterilization. 3) The structural design is highly user-friendly, easy to operate, convenient to maintain, and has no sealing leaks, making it more hygienic. 4) Suitable diameter to height ratio design, energy-saving, fast material mixing, high emulsification and homogenization efficiency. 5) Smooth operation and low noise. 6) Mirror polishing treatment on the surface of the inner tank body; All process openings such as inlet and outlet pipes, sight glasses, manholes, etc. are welded to the inner tank body using a flanging process arc transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process and complying with GMP and other regulatory requirements. 7) Can be equipped with temperature display control and external liquid level gauge
According to the functional requirements, the following standards are adopted for design, manufacturing, and inspection: 1. Chapter 4, Articles 31-37 of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs (Revised in 1998)"; 2. Steel Pressure Vessels (GB150-1998); 3. Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels (JB/T4735-1997); 4. Food Machinery Safety and Hygiene (GB16798-1997).
