High pressure water injection flowmeterIt is a new type of intelligent flow meter that adopts the most advanced magneto electric digital detection technology. It can be widely used for flow measurement of liquids in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, food, printing and dyeing, as well as environmental engineering.
Composition:
The high-pressure water injection flowmeter consists of two parts: a flow sensor and a flow display instrument, with the sensor consisting of a case, magnetic steel, and electrodes.

1. High pressure water injection flowmeter has good corrosion resistance and simple structure: the sensor is made of stainless steel material, which can withstand strong acids and alkalis. There are no mechanical movable parts inside, making it difficult to block and prevent, thus extending its service life.
2. Fully functional: The display instrument can not only display date, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate, but also record and store daily flow rate for retrieval. Its storage capacity for daily flow rate is up to 2600 days, and it can also query daily flow rate on any date within 7 years.
3. Stable performance: The flow signal circuit of magneto electric induction adopts single-chip microcomputer for operation, control, and processing technology, which can recognize flow and vibration data, eliminate all interference signals, have good seismic and anti-interference capabilities, and can withstand 1g vibration (piezoelectric surface vibration resistance ≤ 0.2g), making the measurement performance stable and reliable.
4. The lower limit flow rate is low, the range ratio is large, and the measurement is accurate: the flow meter measures a flow velocity range of 0.3-7.5m/s (0.5-7m/s for piezoelectric type). The microcontroller of the display instrument has eight non-linear flow error correction functions and output pulse signal correction functions, making the output pulse number of the same caliber flowmeter consistent.

Working principle
The high-pressure water injection flowmeter is developed based on the Faraday electromagnetic induction principle. Place a magnetic steel at the bottom of the watch case to generate a strong magnetic field. Magnetic field lines pass through the pipeline, and when the medium flows through the strong magnetic field of the flowmeter, the cutting magnetic field lines induce pulsating electromotive force. Use electrodes to detect the electrical signal, and within a certain flow rate range, its frequency is proportional to the flow rate.
Input the electrode with a high-frequency oscillation signal, which is modulated by the flow signal. After modulation, the high-frequency signal enters the detector and microcontroller for operation and processing, accurately detecting the flow signal, and inputting it into the display microcontroller for flow calculation and functional processing.
The display microcontroller is programmed with time and date programs, which store the daily cumulative flow rate in a large capacity serial storage device and record the date. The accumulated daily flow rate becomes the total flow rate, and finally the instantaneous flow rate and total flow rate are displayed on the LCD screen, or the flow rate of a certain day can be operated, searched, and displayed through function keys.
