This series of fans has four characteristics: high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and no leakage:

1. High pressure resistance (using pressure vessel manufacturing standards, capable of withstanding 2MPa)

2. No leakage (the dynamic seal adopts pressure balancing technology to ensure no leakage at 2MPa)

3. High temperature resistance (using high temperature resistant materials and rotor cooling technology to ensure safe operation at 1200 ℃)

4. Anti corrosion (using anti-corrosion materials to effectively prevent a certain degree of corrosion)

This series mainly consists of impellers, air collectors, transmission parts, insulation layers and water cooling devices, casings, high-temperature and high-pressure sealing devices, etc. It is designed to be stable and reliable in operation, compact in size, and easy to maintain.

The fan is mainly made of high-temperature and anti-corrosion materials, which can operate continuously in hot air below 1400 ℃ without deformation. The motor does not require any coolant, only 7019-1 extreme pressure composite lithium grease (30 days/time, 3-5 grams/time) needs to be regularly injected into the bearings. It has the advantages of easy installation and maintenance, labor-saving, and long service life.
