Principle of High Frequency Vibrator GZ220

A high-frequency vibrator is composed of a high-frequency vibration motor and a high-frequency frequency conversion cabinet. High frequency vibration motor uses a high-speed rotating motor to drive eccentric blocks at both ends to generate centrifugal distance and centrifugal force, generating vibration to obtain excitation force and impact force. This fixation on the template generates high-frequency resonance. The power supply and high speed of the high-frequency vibration motor are provided by the high-frequency frequency conversion cabinet, with a power supply (380V) and high frequency (0~150HZ), and a speed (0~11000 rpm). High frequency frequency conversion cabinet is a device that converts industrial power input into DC module output through the AC module, AC resistors, capacitors, and many electrical components inside the machine core, changing it to the required frequency and voltage.
