3.1 Testing Area Volume: The volume size can be customized according to customer requirements

4. Performance
Test conditions: The temperature of the equipment placement space is 23 ℃, and the equipment is unloaded.
High and low temperature impact temperature: low temperature: -10/-20 ℃/-40 levels, high temperature: 160 ℃.
Preheating temperature range of high temperature box: room temperature~200 ℃
Low temperature box pre cooling temperature range: -45 ℃

5. Structure and Materials
Outer box: After pickling, cold-rolled steel plate is sprayed with high-temperature electrostatic spray, presenting an orange patterned Weitu white.
Inner box: SUS304 stainless steel plate
Insulation layer: hard polyurethane foam and glass wool.
Box door: Single door test box.
Observation: There is a hollow heat-conducting defrosting glass observation window and LED lighting on the door.
Sealing: High quality foam silicone sealing strip.

switch valve
A、 Divided into high-temperature tank, low-temperature tank, and testing tank. The high and low temperature slots are used as energy reserves, and the testing slot is the user's experimental area.

System Characteristics
1. Automatically switch the flow rate of the refrigeration system according to different working conditions, and cut off excess systems in the constant section to maintain energy-saving operation.
2. Cooling control: Multi stage evaporator combination can achieve more uniform and efficient cooling exchange efficiency and refrigeration output.
3. The flow control is automatically adjusted by the corresponding thermal expansion valves;
4. Different temperature range impact: The multi-stage evaporator structure is correspondingly cut off, and the evaporation area is controlled to match the cooling capacity expansion valve. The cooling system output is used to reasonably reduce the output of the heater neutralization, achieving constant energy saving.

8. Heating system
Heating tube: finned nickel chromium alloy electric heating tube, fixed and installed with ceramic bracket.
