The handheld spectrophotometer HSCD-800 adopts a dual optical path design to improve the repeatability accuracy of dE * ab ≤ 0.04. The dual optical path design monitors the energy fluctuations of the light source while measuring the sample signal, reduces interference during measurement, and achieves higher measurement stability. HSCD-860 adopts innovative 5-micron thickness nano integrated optical devices. After nearly 10 years of dedicated research, the instrument uses nano integrated optical devices as spectral devices. With only 5-micron thickness optical devices, it can achieve nanometer level spectral capabilities, once again leading the industry's innovation direction, crossing the technological blockade of foreign products, and greatly improving the technical performance of the product.

Through long-term investment and research, zirconium material known as "artificial diamond" has been integrated as a calibration whiteboard, with a surface Mohs hardness of 9. Due to the material's hardness and stability comparable to diamonds, it ensures that the calibration whiteboard surface will not be scratched and will not change color with temperature and humidity changes. Compared to similar foreign and domestic products that use ordinary industrial ceramics or even plastics as calibration whiteboards, it further improves stability and durability, ensuring the performance of the instrument.

8. Using the powerful PC color management system ColorExpert*
The HSCD-860 spectrophotometer comes with the Windows color management system ColorExpert, which can be connected to the spectrophotometer via Bluetooth or USB cable.
ColorExpert is a fully functional color management software with four major modules: My Colors, Color Detection, Color Matching System, and Personal Center.

In the "My Colors" function module, users can bookmark or create their own color library from hundreds of color libraries shared by other users. Computer software and mobile apps can share accounts, and color library data follows the account to achieve information synchronization between PC and mobile devices.
In the "Color Detection" function module, users can calibrate, measure, and set up the spectrophotometer through computer software. Users can use the colors in the cloud database as reference samples to measure color difference, view spectra, color difference maps, reference sample data, and export desired data test reports.
In the "Color Matching System" function module, users can be provided with a more convenient and efficient color matching process. After the instrument measures the color of the sample, the system calculates the formula in the formula center and automatically adjusts the color to achieve precise matching. Suitable for computer automatic color matching applications in fields such as paint, coatings, printing, and textiles.
In the "Personal Center" function module, users can edit their personal information, search or delete connected instrument information, manage downstream users, and manage color libraries shared with downstream users.
