The HZJC-1 tower grounding resistance tester is suitable for measuring the grounding resistance of transmission line towers directly grounded with lightning conductors. The tower body and the resistance of the lightning protection line in this section, as well as the resistance components in the equivalent impedance of the subsequent (or both sides) chain circuits, form a circuit. By measuring the internal power supply potential of the measuring instrument, a current is generated in this circuit, and the grounding resistance value of the measured tower is obtained through the Ohm's law of the entire circuit.
