HYF type engineering plastic submersible pump is made by mixing PTFE PFA with special raw materials and high-temperature pressing. Widely applicable to industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, power, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, etc Used for transporting highly corrosive liquids containing solid particles and a small amount of crystals at high temperatures (medium temperature -20 ℃ -180 ℃, parameter range: head of 10-80m, flow rate of 3.6-400m3/h, diameter of 25-200mm).
On the basis of the original fluoroplastic submersible pump, technological breakthroughs have been made, greatly increasing the underwater depth. Currently, stable operation can be achieved at underwater depths of up to 3 meters.
The working part of the HYF engineering plastic submersible pump is submerged in the liquid and does not require maintenance for at least six months of normal use. The shaft seal has no leakage and occupies a small area. The HYF submersible pump is reliable to use, easy to maintain, has strong corrosion resistance, high efficiency, and long service life.
