HWT worm gear reducerThe straight profile toroidal worm reducer is mainly suitable for the reduction transmission of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical, construction and other industries. Its usage conditions are: the angle between the two axes is 90 °; Worm speed not exceeding 1500r/min; The sliding speed of the indexing circle in the middle plane of the worm shall not exceed 16m/s; The working environment temperature of the reducer is 0-40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃, the lubricating oil should be heated or cooled accordingly; The worm shaft can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
