The latest laser particle size analyzer product, HORIBA Partica LA-950V2, known for its precision and reliability, has been upgraded to LA-960.

Wider dynamic measurement range: 0.01-5000 micrometers

HORIBA has obvious advantages in measuring wide particle size ranges. With its unique optical layout, it uses three-dimensional data simulation to generate scattering spectra, which can be compared with theoretical calculation results that fully consider the influence of optical component parameters to select the best analysis method.

The new calculation method makes it possible to measure 20nm certified samples (see figure below).
