| The medium pressure is transmitted to the measuring diaphragm located at the center of the δ chamber through the isolation diaphragm and silicone oil. The measuring diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding displacement with the pressure difference on both sides. The displacement of the measuring diaphragm is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of 0.1mm. It is detected by the capacitor plates on both sides, and the differential capacitance between the measuring diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted into a two-wire (4-20) mA DC output signal using electronic circuits. |
