1 IntroductioncharacteristicHG-YW600P Intelligent Hydraulic Universal Testing MachineThe main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder main engine. Function: Mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending and other tests of metals and non metals. Suitable for fields such as metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, universities, research institutions, etc. The experimental operation and data processing comply with the requirements of GB228-2002 "Metallic Tensile Test Method for Room Temperature Materials".

2 Scheme Description

2.1 Host

The main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder type, with the stretching space located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space located between the lower crossbeam and the workbench above the main engine.

2.2 Transmission System

The lower crossbeam lifting motor adjusts the stretching and compression space through a reducer, chain drive mechanism, and screw drive

2.3 Hydraulic system

The hydraulic principle is shown in the diagram, which is a load adaptive oil inlet throttling speed control system with manual valve control for the test process.

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a motor to enter the oil circuit through a high-pressure gear pump, and flows through a one-way valve, a 10 μ high-pressure oil filter, a differential pressure valve group, and an oil delivery valve before entering the oil cylinder. By manually controlling the opening size of the oil delivery valve, the flow rate into the oil cylinder can be controlled to meet the loading requirements. After the experiment is completed, open the return valve to unload and return the oil cylinder.

2.4 Screen Display and Software System

2.4.1 Screen display function with test force, force, peak value, sample deformation, piston displacement, and test curve. Easy to operate and intuitive!

2.4.2 The data processing of the test can be completed according to the requirements of GB228-2002 "Metallic Tensile Testing Method for Room Temperature Materials".There are 150 domestic and international standards available for you to choose from in the software! If the testing machine allows, it is convenient for you to provide prepared data and test reports to customers (domestic and foreign) with various requirements! 2.4.3 Test the original recorded values and reported values by rounding them according to the requirements of standard GB228.

2.4.4 The loading rate can be manually controlled and displayed through the test force time curve.

2.4.5 In metal tensile testing, parameters such as Fm, Rel, Reh, Rp, Rt, Agt, Z, A, Rm, etc. can be automatically calculated, and Fel, Fm, etc. can also be manually identified and printed based on the results. Reports and curves with different contents can be printed according to requirements.

2.4.6 Can output and print different forms of curves for force strain, force displacement, and force time.

2.5 Safety protection device

a)When the test force exceeds 2% -5% of the maximum test force for each gear, overload protection is activated and the machine is stopped.

b)When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the stroke protection stops and the oil pump motor stops.

2.6 Attachments

The complete set of attachments includes: stretching attachments, compression attachments.
