Principle and Structure of HFS Target Water Flow Switch
When the flow rate exceeds the set value, the fluid pushes the blade and drives the micro switch at the top through the mechanical device inside the water flow switch. Its single pole double throw switch contact (SPDT) can make one circuit conductive while cutting off the other circuit This water flow switch is usually used in places that require interlocking or "cut-off" protection. The number of blades can be adjusted and the length of the blades can be adjusted to meet the needs of different pipe diameters and flow rates.

The water flow switch has SPDT output, excellent performance, high precision and reliability. Can be installed in water pipes or liquid pipelines that have no corrosive effect on copper. When the liquid flow rate reaches a certain rate, one circuit may close and the other circuit may open without reaching the rated point.
The water flow switch is only used for liquid media above 0 ℃, and can also be used for high salt liquids, but not classified as hazardous liquids.
The water flow switch can be installed outdoors and can be installed horizontally or vertically in pipelines.
The water flow switch is only used for operational control. It is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility and limit control of installation personnel, as well as the alarm monitoring system, to prevent the occurrence of control failures.
Note: The water flow switch cannot be hit by water. If a quick closing valve is installed downstream of the water flow switch, a throttle must be used.
Application of HFS Target Water Flow Switch
Water flow switches are mainly used in water treatment systems, central air conditioning, water-cooled units and other fields. They are suitable for water, ethylene glycol and any other liquid that has no corrosive effect on brass, phosphor copper and has no impact on sealing performance.
