The HD single machine bag filter includes a frame, a motor, a fan, an electric control box, a dust filter bag, a door, a vibration motor, a vibration mechanism, a hopper, a dust hopper, a dust door, and a dust filter frame. The frame includes an upper shell and a lower shell, and the motor and fan are located in the upper shell. The dust filter bag, the material hopper, and the dust hopper are located in the lower shell, and the dust filter is installed between the upper shell and the lower shell. The dust filter bag is connected to the dust filter frame, and an elastic sealing gasket is provided between the frame and the dust filter frame. The vibration motor is connected to the dust filter frame through the vibration mechanism. An air inlet is provided on one side of the lower shell, and an air outlet is provided above the upper shell. The motor and the vibration motor are respectively connected to the electric control box.

Working principle of HD standalone bag filter:

The HD type single machine bag filter is used to introduce dusty gas into the box through the inlet of the dust collector, filter it through the dust removal filter bag, and leave the dust on the inner surface of the dust removal filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag and is directly sucked into the room by the fan. It can also be connected to an exhaust pipe to discharge the exhaust gas outdoors. As the filtration time increases, the dust adhering to the inner surface of the dust removal filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the dust removal filter bag increases accordingly, requiring dust cleaning. After the dust cleaning is completed, the single machine bag filter can work normally again. The HD single machine bag dust collector adopts a self controlled dust cleaning mechanism for timed vibration and cleaning, or a manually controlled dust cleaning mechanism that automatically vibrates for tens of seconds after manual shutdown, to shake off the dust adhering to the inner surface of the dust removal filter bag. Dust falls into ash hoppers, drawers, or directly into dust producing equipment.

Characteristics of HD single machine bag filter:

1. The fan components are selected from universal standard fans for easy maintenance and replacement, and seismic isolation facilities are used for low noise.

2. The dust removal filter bag is a cylindrical filter bag made of polyester filter cloth, which has good filtering effect and long service life.

3. The dust cleaning mechanism is a method of using an electric motor to drive a connecting rod mechanism, causing the filter bag to shake and remove the dust on the inner surface of the dust removal filter bag. Its control device is divided into two sides and three types of self-control. The self-control is to automatically vibrate the dust cleaning mechanism at regular intervals when the fan is working continuously. Manual control refers to the automatic operation of the dust cleaning mechanism after the fan is stopped, and it will automatically stop after tens of seconds. The dust cleaning mechanism (motor) can also be started at any time as needed to vibrate and clean the dust. The dust cleaning time can be adjusted by the user by cutting off the power supply.

2. The bottom of the HD type single machine dust collector is equipped with a drawer for collecting dust, which can be directly dropped into the drawer and pulled out, making dust discharge more convenient. Generally applicable to dust points at the bottom of warehouses and conveying equipment.

3. The bottom of the HD type single machine dust collector is open type, without ash hopper and drawer, and the dust is directly recovered. It is dedicated to dust purification and collection in coal bunkers, silos, and warehouses.
