1. Measurement and conveying system with closed-loop control

The equipment system digitally monitors the glue pressure of the feeding pump, the remaining glue in the A and B raw material barrels, real-time flow rate, pressure and other parameters, and introduces the function of the control system. The control process is as follows: every about 0.01 seconds (i.e. one PLC scanning cycle), the flow rate of A and B glue is compared, and then the error between the two is calculated. The difference is used for PID calculation, and the calculation results are used to adjust various parameters of the feeding system, thereby achieving closed-loop control of the output ratio. This dynamic adjustment process ensures more accurate proportioning, and this control mode enables the proportioning accuracy of the feeding system to reach within ± 1%, thereby ensuring product quality. Provided favorable conditions.

H930 has achieved the most important technical indicator for the feeding system - proportioning accuracy, realizing closed-loop control and improving the proportioning accuracy of LSR feeder by an order of magnitude.

Due to the design and experimentation of A and B adhesive materials being carried out in accordance with the 1:1 specification, the material properties that can be achieved are also given under the condition of a 1:1 ratio of two component materials. However, in actual use, traditional feeding systems do not truly guarantee this, resulting in the material properties of the product after molding not fully meeting the design requirements. For situations with high requirements, such as bonding, high transparency, and human implantation, quality issues may arise or the service life may be greatly shortened.

Due to the use of servo motors for power, stability has been greatly improved, and from the data, the repeatability accuracy is at a relatively high level. Due to manual errors in the sampling process, the accuracy of the machine is actually higher than the measured data.


2. Specialized micro injection system

In terms of measurement, we have developed and designed a servo measurement system based on the measurement characteristics of the feeding system in the civilian industry. This system breaks the traditional structure and adopts a servo motor plunger pump structure. It introduces pressure parameter closed-loop monitoring to accurately measure and mix AB rubber and color paste rubber.

Just like how we solve the problem of AB ratio accuracy, with the help of a closed-loop control system, we can achieve a high level of injection metering, and at the same time incorporate the addition of color paste into the closed-loop system, forming the digitization of color paste addition.

Nowadays, the H930 system allows operators to directly input the proportion of color paste to be added, eliminating the need for complex mechanical adjustment processes.

This system has the advantages of stability, no maintenance, cleanliness, and low energy consumption

3. Digitization of equipment parameters

Many parameters of traditional feeders are not displayed. H930 digitally monitors the condition of raw materials and digitizes pressure and output speed. The pneumatic system of the feeding system is digitally regulated using an electrical proportional valve.

The above important parameters can be monitored and adjusted through the touch screen.
