P3UP is an electronic measuring instrument that can be installed on machine tools to fully control the workflow. Its design can replace pin compatible E9 applications. In some cases, old measuring instruments such as BLU and E5 with relay I/O can also be replaced.

When connected to the Marposs measuring head,P3UP can control the dimensions of parts in various grinding machinesThe measuring instrument measured the clearance of the parts that were far away during the grinding process. Operators can view analog instruments and digital displays in real-time to obtain part status, and the setting of LED lights presents signals to the machine control system to manage wheel feed.

Our system is capable of withstanding harsh environments and comes into direct contact with grinding abrasives, metal particles, cutting oils, and corrosive cooling fluids.
