● Microwave measurement
In microwave technology, the instrument generates a small amount of electromagnetic waves and transmits them into the tested product through an antenna, which receives these waves through a second antenna. The phase and amplitude of the received wave are used as scales for measuring water content and concentration. Microwave measurement has strong stability and efficiency. Near infrared measurement (NIR)
(1) Near infrared spectrometer
Near infrared measurement technology uses a white halogen lamp to illuminate and measure the surface of a product. Through the principle of reflection or transmission, the glass fiber optic sensor transmits the obtained data to the diode array. This measurement method has a clearer resolution compared to other methods, so it can determine all molecules. The main components measured in the spectral range through diode evaluation are CH -, NH -, and OH -. By using high-resolution diodes and measuring an additional 4 tissue components simultaneously, the accuracy is at 2 nanometers.
