CARLENSensorsThe absolute value linear displacement sensor provided by the brand adopts unique magnetostrictive technology to achieve high-level accurate and stable measurement of displacement. eachCARLEN SensorsThe magnetostrictive displacement sensor is composed of customized waveguide wires, position magnets, strain circuit pulse processors, and auxiliary electronic circuits. The magnet is connected to the measured moving object and generates a magnetic field above the waveguide tube. When a short current pulse is applied to the waveguide wire, an instantaneous radial magnetic field and torsional deformation of the waveguide tube are generated, which propagates in the waveguide wire tube. When ultrasonic waves (torsional strain pulses) reach the end of the waveguide, they are converted into electrical signals. Due to the ability to accurately measure the ultrasonic velocity inside the waveguide, the time required to receive the return signal can be converted into a high-precision, repeatable linear displacement measurement value.
