Chengdu Hengtong Xingye Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in recommending the German Yingfukang D-TEK Select high-sensitivity refrigerant leak detector for you
Introduction to D-TEK Select High Sensitivity Refrigerant Leak Detector:
| The core of the D-TEK Select refrigerant leak detector is an infrared absorption filter. It consists of an infrared source (or emission source) at one end and an infrared energy detector at the other end, with a sampling unit of a filter in between. Like visible light we see, infrared energy is a part of the electromagnetic spectrum. Most materials absorb specific wavelengths of infrared energy. The specific wavelength energy absorbed by the material can be determined from the absorption spectrum. All refrigerants have similar absorption spectra in the range of 7.5-14 nanometers. | |
| The infrared source (emission source) generates a beam with high read energy containing all infrared spectral wavelengths. This beam passes through a filter. It blocks all wavelengths except for the absorption wavelength of the refrigerant. The filtered infrared energy impacts the detector, causing it to generate heat. When the refrigerant passes through the sampling unit by the internal pump, some infrared energy is absorbed by the refrigerant. This leads to a decrease in the infrared energy of the detector and a decrease in the temperature of the detector, triggering the D-TEK Select alarm. The entire process is completed in just a few minutes and a second. | |
|
Due to the use of filters with precise characteristics. INFICON's D-TEK Select is sensitive to all refrigerants and eliminates false signals. In addition, due to the lack of chemical depletion issues for heating sensor detectors. The sensors of the instrument will not be damaged by high refrigerant doses, nor will their sensitivity decrease over time. Once the refrigerant is removed from the unit, the recovery time of the detector is instantaneous.
| D-TEK Select high-sensitivity refrigerant leak detector features: | |
| Sensitivity: 0.1 oz/year (3 g/year) | |
| The sensitivity is the same for all refrigerants, including R-410A,R-22-R-134a, R-404A, R-507 (AX-50) and all CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, and SF6. | |
| Infrared sensing components have a lifespan of 800 hours, reducing user costs | |
| Infrared sensing components will not be overloaded or 'poisoned' due to exposure to a large amount of refrigerant | |
| Only select refrigerant; Not related to smoke, humidity, air flow, or temperature changes. | |
| Efficient air sampling pump provides fast response and clear action ("zero suppression") | |
| On board diagnostic indication of discharge status and warning of low battery level or damage to infrared sensing components | |
| NIMH strip batteries are environmentally friendly, non corrosive, and have a large charging capacity | |
| The product includes a hard plastic box, NIMH strip batteries, 12V and 220V power adapters/chargers, filters, and infrared sensing components | |
