The German Mahr MarSurf XC 2 profilometer is an entry-level contour measurement station. In addition to the best measurement station components that have been tested in practice, such as probe systems, drive units, and measurement columns, software is also playing an increasingly important role.
Users also need simple and intuitive basic functions, which enable them to perform basic operations in a targeted manner. MarWin's universal measurement and evaluation software allows you to start the instrument with a simple start/stop function. The basic geometric evaluation functions are displayed in the toolbar in the form of icons.

After users start operating the instrument, they will immediately be attracted by its logical and simple operation.
We provide various measuring rods and needle tips for external and internal dimension measurement.
Using magnetic clamping, the measuring rod can be quickly and conveniently replaced without the need for any tools. The calibration data of each measuring rod is saved by the system.
The measurement station makes calibration very fast and simple, and the same goes for the first measurement.
The graphic display of the measurement station shows the position of each axis, allowing you to set it up faster. All measurement conditions are selected in the "Measurement Assistant" menu, allowing you to complete accurate measurements.
The 'Start End Measurement' function helps you complete your first measurement. During measurement, the contour curve will also be displayed in real-time on the screen.
Evaluation can be conducted immediately after measurement. QE (Quick&Easy) can store contour data, evaluations, results, and the entire program, which means the entire process is permanently recorded. Users can enter a complete measurement record containing text and evaluation comments in the "Measurement Record" menu.

·The CD 120 contour drive unit is one of the main components of the measurement station.

Thread measurement options
For many components, using thread gauges for thread quality testing is not sufficient.
If it is necessary to refer to a larger number of contour elements or even thread parameter dimensions, measurement based testing must be used.
