This valve is mainly composed of spherical valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other parts, with uniform force distribution.
2. This valve is manually operated. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and counterclockwise to open the valve.
3. Ball bearings below DN50, and auxiliary valve discs are added to large-diameter valves such as DN150, DN200, and DN300. The medium flows from the upper part of the valve disc to the lower part.

4. In order to achieve good sealing performance, the structural design is guided by the movement of the valve disc, so that it can accurately land on the valve seat. When the valve disc is guided in the valve body, it is subjected to lateral pushing force from the flowing medium, which is borne by the valve body rather than the valve stem. This further increases the sealing performance and the possibility of packing sealing.
5. The valve stem is designed as a descending stem, which means that when the valve stem rises and falls, it does not rotate, and the valve disc rises and falls with it, reducing the friction between the valve disc and the valve seat during movement, reducing the wear of the packing, and at the same time, the wear of the upper seal may also be reduced to a small extent.
6. There are grounding bolts on the end flange of the valve body, which are suitable for connecting with wires and bolts to avoid explosion accidents caused by sparks generated by static electricity. The exposed part of the valve stem is protected against dust and oil. Fluorine grease is used for lubrication of the support bearing, and an organic glass cover plate is installed at the support frame with obvious oil prohibition markings to remind on-site personnel to pay attention.
