The valve stem is designed as a descending stem, which means that when the valve stem rises and falls, it does not rotate, and the valve disc rises and falls with it, reducing the friction between the valve disc and the valve seat during movement, reducing the wear of the packing, and at the same time, the wear of the upper seal may also be reduced to a small extent.
6. There are grounding bolts on the end flange of the valve body, which are suitable for connecting with wires and bolts to avoid explosion accidents caused by sparks generated by static electricity. The exposed part of the valve stem is protected against dust and oil. Fluorine grease is used for lubrication of the support bearing, and an organic glass cover plate is installed at the support frame with obvious oil prohibition markings to remind on-site personnel to pay attention.
