This laser welding machine adopts a galvanometer scanning method, which has fast welding speed, high accuracy, and good optical mode, and is particularly suitable for laser precision spot welding of various components. Due to the significant reduction in idle positioning time during single point welding, the production efficiency is 4-10 times higher than that of ordinary laser spot welding. The scanning laser welding machine consists of a YAG solid-state laser, a laser power supply, an optical scanning system, a three-dimensional adjustable worktable, an industrial computer system, a refrigeration system, a laser indication system, and an operation cabinet.
This machine provides dedicated laser welding software based on the Windows platform. Welding points or graphics can be directly input and edited in their dedicated software, or edited by other software such as AutoCAD and Corel DRAW, and then imported for processing through their dedicated software. This machine has stable quality, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
Fiber optic transmission is possible, separated from the host, making it more convenient to use.
