Working principle of GZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder:

The current of the electromagnetic coil of the exciter of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is rectified by a single-phase half wave. When the coil is connected, a current passes through in the positive half cycle, and a pulse electromagnetic force is generated between the armature and the iron core to attract each other. At this time, the tank moves backward, and the main spring of the exciter deforms and stores a certain potential energy. There is no current passing through the negative half cycle coil, and the electromagnetic force disappears. The main spring releases energy, causing the armature and iron core to move forward in the opposite direction away from the tank. Therefore, the electromagnetic vibration feeder oscillates back and forth 3000 times per minute at the frequency of the AC power supply. Due to the angle between the bottom plane of the tank and the excitation force line, the material in the tank continuously moves forward along the parabolic trajectory. Exercise. By adjusting the rectification voltage, the feeding amount of the electromagnetic vibration feeder can be controlled. The feeder adopts thyristor rectifier power supply. By changing the conduction angle of the thyristor, the output voltage can be controlled. According to the usage conditions, different signals can be used to control the conduction angle of the thyristor to achieve automatic quantitative feeding.

When the actual bulk density of the GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder is greater or less than the calculated bulk density mentioned above, the productivity is converted based on the actual material bulk density. For materials with a particle size less than 1mm, the conveying speed decreases, and wet viscous materials with a moisture content greater than 10% cannot be conveyed normally. If the thickness of the material layer exceeds the actual value, it will hinder normal feeding. It is recommended that the thickness of the material layer H be (1/3~1/4) of the groove height. 2. Control box for electromagnetic vibration feeder (vibration feeder):

The supporting control box has two functions: manual control and automatic control. The automatic control signal is 0-5V or~20mA. The basic circuit of the control box adopts advanced phase-shift trigger to control the solid-state relay as the main circuit rectifier control component, which has good reliability and long service life, and is a new type of control circuit.
