GX-1104 Ball Pressure Tester Introduction:
1. Made according to standards such as GB4706.1-2005, GB2099.1-2008, GB/T5159.21-2006, IEC60695-10-2:2003, etc.
2. The ball pressure test is to press a specified steel ball (R2.5mm) and a ball pressure tester with a total test force of 20N ± 0.2N onto the surface of a test sample placed in a heating box in a horizontal state. After 60 minutes+2 minutes/0 minutes at the specified temperature of the test sample, the test sample is quickly (<10 seconds) immersed in water at 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and cooled for 6 minutes ± 2 minutes. The diameter of the indentation on the surface of the test sample is measured within 3 minutes after being removed from the water, and the heat resistance deformation ability of the test sample at the specified temperature is evaluated by whether the indentation diameter exceeds 2mm.
